How Do I Buy Gold/Items?
1. Ensure you have a level 10 character that can enter the trade channels & have 15 gold on your account
2. Add the desired gold or item(s) to your cart
3. Enter checkout and pay
4. Contact us using the Live Chat in the bottom right of the webpage - we will provide you on where to meet us in game
5. Follow the instructions provided and pick up your loot!
Return Policy
After your order has been verified by our staff we will deliver the gold/item(s) instantly. Feel free to contact the Live Chat support before placing your order to check that we are online and have gold or the item(s) in stock.
If your order is not completed within 24 hours we will refund you in full.
What Times are you Open?
We are open from 12pm to 12am PST everyday!
If we don't respond to your live chat message then we are most likely offline.
We update our online and offline status through the default message you see when opening up the live chat feature - this would be a good indicator!
Will Dark and Darker ban me for selling/buying from you?
Any RWT in Dark and Darker comes with its risks, we have had 0 instances of customers or ourselves being banned for trading gold to and from players.

How do I sell gold?
The process of selling to us is very simple:
1. Go to our live chat feature in the bottom right of our screen and select the "I want to sell gold" option - then message us something along the lines of "I want to sell gold" or "sell gold" (we cannot respond to you unless you send a chat message first)
2. We will provide you with the up-to-date rate we are buying gold at
3. Follow the instructions provided and create your sell order with us
4. After accepting your sell order - we will trade you in-game, and send your money to your paypal as soon as we have received the gold or item(s)
